This is a separately incorporated organization which provides the following service to its
members:
- A financial management service for all
community organizations and enterprises.
- A courier service providing full payroll security services to all Ngaanyatjarra and some other Aboriginal organizations in Western Australia, South Australia and Northern Territory.
- A building and construction supervision service for all Ngaanyatjarra Communities.
- Essential Services Maintenance to community power, water and wastewater systems.
All of these services a fully self-funded and each service operate on a fee-for-service basis.
Accounting Services
The Accounting Division of Services arose from the needs of the
Ngaanyatjarra communities for an accounting and financial management service that was:
- Cost Effective.
- Responsive and sympathetic to both grant funding and commercial enterprise
Management requirements.
- Able to meet the specialised need of Aboriginal Communities.
- Able to keep Ngaanyatjarra money within the communities.
The service began in 1985 and now has a staff of six to handle the accounts of nine communities, three roadhouses, eleven community stores, Ngaanyatjarra Council, Ngaanyatjarra Health Service and Ngaanyatjarra Services. It runs modern computer equipment with state of the art software, especially tailored to its needs.

Building Services
This division of Ngaanyatjarra Services is based at Ngaanyatjarra Head Office, Alice Springs and is under the supervision of the Ngaanyatjarra Building Co-ordinator.
The Ngaanyatjarra Services Building Division is the responsible body for construction and upgrading of all buildings on the Ngaanyatjarra Lands
The building division liaises closely with the following organizations:
- Local Government (Ngaanyatjarraku Shire).
- Service Providers (Ngaanyatjarra Services Essential Services).
- Funding Bodies (ATSIC and Homeswest).
- Each Ngaanyatjarra Community.
WARBURTON BLOCKWORKS
The building division operates its own blockworks at Warburton Community. Most buildings on the lands are therefore constructed from locally made besser-type blocks.

Courier (Security) Services
This division provides a courier, money tin and payroll service to 30 Aboriginal Organisations throughout the Northern Territory, South Australia and Western Australia. This provides better courier security services, at a considerably lower price than was previously provided by other commercial security services.

Essential Services
Ngaanyatjarra Services Essential Services Division’s role is to provide periodic planned maintenance and unplanned repairs of power, water supply and wastewater equipment and systems for nominated Aboriginal communities in the Goldfields/Central Reserves region of Western
Australia.
Due to being a Regional Services Provider, the Essential Services Division is responsible for:
- Provision of all labour, equipment, plant and materials for periodic planned maintenance (Normally on a six – eight weekly schedule) of essential service assets providing power, water supply and wastewater services to Aboriginal
Communities.
- A 24-hour per day on-call service to respond to emergency and unplanned (breakdown) maintenance activities.
- Provision of technical advice and assistance to communities.
- Development of training and employment strategies that maximise indigenous involvement and lead to increased local skills and self-management capacity.

Health Services
The Ngaanyatjarra Health Service (NHS)
is an independent body under the direction of, and responsible to, the
Ngaanyatjarra Council, with community control over staff and resources.
Community based health staff provide full time primary health care,
at 11 community health clinics.
The Ngaanyatjarra Health Service was formed in July 1985, initially with three community clinics, at Blackstone, Jameson and Warakurna. Other clinics have been established at Tjirrkarli
(December 1997) Tjukurla and Kiwirrkurra (June 1998) and Wanarn (September 1990) The Health Service took over administration of the Warburton Nursing Post in January 1989.
Dental Service
A mobile Dental Surgery vehicle is provided to make regular dental treatments visits to the majority of Ngaanyatjarra Communities.

Works
This division of Ngaanyatjarra Services is based at Warburton, and is involved in:
- All road making, upgrading and maintenance operations on the Lands including the Great Central Road and connecting roads under contract with the Shire of Ngaanyatjarraku.
- Outstation roads, maintenance and construction, funded by ATSIC through infrastructure and outstation budgets.
- Operation of Earth Moving equipment for community construction programmes.
- Operation of Machinery and equipment hire service for community building and construction contractors.
